Shipping policy

How long will my order take to arrive? On normal days, orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. During sale periods, delivery may take 4–7 working days. Orders placed on public holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak hours or if we need to verify your information. All online orders must pass a fraud check before processing. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please also check your spam or junk folder.

Where can I receive my order? You can receive your order at your home, workplace or drop-off location. Please note that PO Boxes are not accepted.

What is the cost of shipping? Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Which courier will deliver my order? The courier depends on the shipping method and delivery location. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking information.

What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered? If you are not available, please contact the courier company to arrange a new delivery time.

What is the maximum amount for COD? The maximum amount for Cash on Delivery (COD) is Rs. 15,000. Orders above Rs. 15,000 must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

Cancellation of Order: Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is finalized. For COD orders, we may verify the order with a maximum of two confirmation calls. If the order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled. ASH Parfum also reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons (Out-of-stock items, Incorrect phone number and Technical issues).
