Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our exchange, return, and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Exchange: Customers must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving their order to request an exchange. Requests made after this time may not be accepted to qualify for an exchange. We do not accept returns if you change your mind or do not like the product. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
How to Request an Exchange: To start an exchange, please contact our customer service team during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) through our official Facebook and Instagram inbox (clickable hyperlink). You may also email clear images of any defective product to infoashparfum@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Once your request is registered, it will be reviewed and resolved within 1–2 weeks. We always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.
Product Availability: All exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item from our available products.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged item or the product quality is affected, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Exceptions & Conditions
Items bought during promotions or from clearance sections are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchange requests.
Orders Placed Before Sales: Orders placed before a sale or promotion begins are not eligible for sale prices. This helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order before it has been processed. ASH Parfum reserves the right to cancel any order due to items being out of stock, quality concerns, or payment failure or rejection by the bank. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the Exchange Policy will apply.
